General Note
"A Kurt Austin Adventure."
Description
A NUMA research vessel is taking water samples in the Indian Ocean, when a member of the crew spots a black sheen ahead of them. A swarm of black particles suddenly attacks the skip, killing everyone on board, while the ship goes up in flames. A few hours later, Kurt Austin, Joe Zvala, and other members of the NUMA Special Assignments Team are on their way to the site. What they find will lead to the discovery of a plan to permanently alter the weather on a global scale. It will kill millions, and it has already begun. Behind the scheme is a man like none they have ever known - and he has even bigger plans in store.
