Nathan creates a secret government program to hunt and capture people with superhuman abilities that gets out of his control, while those with abilities fight or flee. Peter struggles with his limited powers, and Hiro struggles with his lack of powers. Sylar searches for his father and has a run in with the government program, but makes a different decision than any of the other superpowered people.

Hiro is in ancient China where he meets his childhood hero Takezo Kensei. Parkman finds out that his father is Molly's nightmareman. Sylar is back but powerless, but proves that he is just as dangerous even without his powers. He meets a women with a dangerous power. She's a good person but her powers kill people and only her brother's power can control her. Sylar gets in her head and make her think that he's a good person that wants to help her....
